What's Happening

Vitality by Victoria has two components: (1) to work one on one with individuals at our office locations in Banker’s Hill and soon our newest location in Del Mar (2) to visit local corporations offering Vitality in the Workplace.

We offer facilitation to individuals on a path of self-discovery, those who are experiencing a sense of separation, and even those who did not realize they were looking for a deeper connection. Through each of our healing modalities our primary intention is to educate individuals on how to gain awareness by paying attention to one’s bodily sensations.

We believe that there is tremendous potential within each person and our goal is to guide you to honoring the goldmine that dwells internally so that you may enjoy the riches your life has to offer you.
